Research and Development Center at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University participated in the World Defense Show in its second edition, organized during the period from 23-27 Rajab 1445 AH corresponding to 4-8 February 2024 AD, which focuses on the future of the defense industry in various land, sea and air defense sectors and provides the possibility of communicating with decision-makers in the field of defense. This comes as part of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University's interest in strengthening its scientific presence by highlighting innovative outputs, research productions and developing relations in the fields of research and development with the industrial and security sector. The university's pavilion at the exhibition witnessed a number of visits by official delegations, government officials and executives from various defense and security industries throughout the exhibition. The university proudly received two bronze awards and 3 incentive awards at the Military Industries Innovation Awards, which included the participation of more than 700 projects. The university, represented by the Research and Development Center, also signed partnership agreements with the Prince Sultan Center for Defense Studies and Research.
